Fantastic place to enjoy the view and relax.
Everything exceptional. Staff, Facilities, location, massage and spa options, food.
There is a hiking path in front of the hotel and rooms but that didn't bother us. In the morning there is some traffic there from hikers.

Absolutely blissful and relaxing.
Beautiful property. Excellent staff and a delicious breakfast. Wonderful view and most unbelievable sunsets. Gorgeous restaurant. Walking path to Fira or Ia. Nice spa. Infinity pool on 2nd floor of our “Cosmos” room was the greatest of all. The most beautiful view Not far from airport
The gym could be better. It needs to be updated. Treadmill makes a lot of noise and it’s bothersome to others.

Beautiful and relaxing stay
It was great, quiet location between Fira and Oia. The caldera views from the room was beautiful. The private pool was great and it was also heated. The room was two floors and very clean and spacious. The hotel offered a car service that was able to take us to restaurants which was helpful given cabs on the island are hard to come by. We were pleasantly surprised by how good the restaurant was at the hotel. The spa at the hotel was also incredibly relaxing. Overall we loved our stay and would would definitely return again.

A 5 star resort like a 5 star resort should be
The rooms are very spacious. The view is incredible. The warmed up private pool is absolutely awesome. The breakfast was very good as is the spa. In general, the service level is very high and the little gifts they give each day really put a smile on our face
I didn't like how I felt like a cash cow. It felt like the staff, which were very pleasant and accommodating were also elegantly trying to squeeze out whatever additions to my bill they could. For example, they asked for twice the fee of a taxi to book the taxi through the hotel - twice the fee. There were also additional charges on the bill that we never made. These were removed from our bill upon request. However, I also saw another bill where the same error occurred. Considering how everything else was amazing this really put a sour note on our vacation and was a real shame.
